IMAGINATION makes you wonder
of things that could one day be
DOUBT helps define some limits
as in "as far as the eye can see"
DOUBT gives rise to questions
often needing to be asked
that break apart the pack ice
of to solid a frozen past
IMAGINATION fuels the ship
that cuts a needed path
and DOUBT provides the compass
the sextant and the math
Together they work in concert
to make the changing slow
with DOUBT and IMAGINATION
comes the value of "I don't know"
The answers to so many questions
are within us and without
but the tools that go the most unused
are IMAGINATION and DOUBT.
