An airport in West Virginia was evacuated after two bottles containing liquid in the carry-bag of a woman of Pakistani origin tested positive.
And the beat goes on. Another day, another "Plane/Terror" headline catches the eye only to subsequently become dubious or inconsequential except for the ability to distract from the real story. For everyday that Iraq is not the main headline is another victory for the Bush Administration.
By the way, in Iraq yesterday, another 25 died in bomb blasts along with two more U.S. soldiers. Over 3000 Iraqis died in July from the "sectarian violence"
(roughly equivalent to 30,000 Americans) in the "not yet a Civil War".
And also by the way, over 15,000 little girls died in the Congo last month.
None of them were named Jon-Benet.
